The Ohio & Erie Towpath Trail and Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad station is a short 2 min. drive by car. All major hospitals are within 5 miles. Street exits directly off of highway Rt. 8 North and South making for an easy and convenient drive to Cleveland, Canton, and Cuyahoga Falls. This is an older home with lots of charm. It is a single family, two story home. The home is located only a short drive, walk, or bike ride, to downtown Akron Just minutes from the Stan Hyatt Hall, Gardens and Golf course, Lock 3, The Blu Jazz Club, and Akron's historical Arts district. Home has a fully functioning office with a printer, laptop and office supplies for guest to use. If you're in town for business this space will allow for privacy while you work and have you blocks away from food, drinks and play. The house is quaintly nestled into a hill so the backyard has a wooded view giving off a cabin like feel. Comes with its own private park area located on the vacant lot beside it. Enjoy an outdoor lunch at the picnic table while watching the cars go down the hill (you might catch a glimpse of show cars headed to and from the annual Father’s Day car show at Stan Hyatt Gardens located 1 mile from the house).
